Innovations Lead

Emily James is Innovations Lead at 20|20 Research. She focuses on identifying new ways to use emerging technology in the market research space (think virtual reality, facial coding, 360-degree cameras), testing services and products before release to help the company grow and better serve clients, and currently manages 20|20’s quant division. With nearly ten years of experience in the research industry, Emily has also held roles in client services and project management. Prior to joining 20|20, Emily earned her MA in English while teaching Research and Argumentative writing at Middle Tennessee State University.
