Merlien Meet Safe Policy

At Merlien our first priority is to ensure the health and well-being of our delegates. Our on-site team is fully vaccinated and adheres to a strict health & safety protocol.

According to the latest local updates, vaccinations are no more mandatory for indoor venues. Masks are no longer mandatory, however we continue to recommend all participants to wear masks when present in the conference venue.

Please note the following measures and guidelines when attending Qual360 NA 2022

  • We recommend all delegates to be vaccinated or tested (documentation required at check-in)
  • Social distancing policy (distance of 1.5 meters) is applied throughout the networking areas
  • While in the meeting areas all guests are recommended to wear masks
  • Sanitizing gels, wipes and protective masks will be available throughout the meeting area
  • All meeting areas are sanitized multiple times a day
  • Regular manual or constant automatic airing of the conference rooms
  • Contactless check-in (just show your ticket or provide your name card for booking verification)

As a U.S. Government federal contractor, Gallup – our venue host – follows all required national ordinances and guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions, as well as local Washington D.C. requirements. Gallup continually monitors required guidelines and may make updates to this policy at any time.

Additional local regulations may apply and will be communicated to all participants ahead of each conference. Please also inform yourself about the current exit/entry regulations in your country of residence and host country. Official Washington D.C. regulations can be found here.
