Experience Design Researcher
Beth’s work focuses on new product development, integrating research and strategy, with the ultimate goal of bringing everyone on the team along for the research journey. Making great products is a team sport.
Before working at Capital One, Beth consulted for several start-ups, and has completed projects for such clients as the University of Chicago Hospitals and the United Way.
With a background in architecture and communications, Beth has also worked for the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, and on several landmark historic skyscraper projects.
Beth studied design strategy and earned her MBA from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She also earned her MSHP from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Beth recently wrote a financial dating game to help people figure out their financial styles and how that relates to their romantic lives.
Beth lives in San Francisco, with her fiance, Joshua.
