Managing Director, Qualitative Insights
Tommy serves as Managing Director of Maru/Matchbox’s Qualitative Center of Excellence. He has led global strategic engagements for clients across industries through his work at Maru/Matchbox, Added Value, Cheskin, and razorfish. As the founder of the Cultural Framing approach, Tommy is passionate about helping clients understand the cultural factors that influence consumers across the world. Tommy holds an M.A. in Anthropology, with an emphasis on gender and identity construction, especially as reflected in material culture. Recent presentation venues have included the ARF, EPIC, and Stanford University’s Center for Design Research.
