Ilana Ron Levey is a Senior Consultant at Gallup in Washington D.C., where she leads complex research engagements for both enterprise and public sector clients. She specializes in measuring and understanding customer emotions in both B2C and B2B settings, as well as in designing global social sector research studies in diverse areas including youth unemployment, private sector healthcare, and international development. Prior to joining Gallup, Ilana served as the Co-Director of the Qualitative Methods Center at Abt Associates, a large public sector-focused research and consulting company. At Abt Associates, Ilana led numerous qualitative and strategy consulting studies across the world, with a particular emphasis on sub-Saharan Africa. Ilana received a MSc in comparative politics and research methods from the London School of Economics and a BA in political science from McGill University.
