Breanne Abo is a Sr. UX Researcher at United Airlines. Passionate about how technology shapes people’s interactions with the world around them, the airline industry provides a diverse set of opportunities to connect people and enhance their
experience no matter where their journey takes them. Throughout her career, Breanne has been particularly interested in digital accessibility and how inclusive user experience research and design is critical in providing better experiences for all customers. Breanne also leads the Digital Accessibility task force at United, a group
of digital team members dedicated to ensuring accessibility is a priority when producing digital products and experiences.
