Charles is a Shopper Insights Manager at Ahold Delhaize Business Resource Services. In his eighteen months in that position, his team has focused on developing Customer Engagement Segments, competitive impact models, improved testing protocols, and media mix models for the Ahold Delhaize grocery banners. For five years prior to joining Ahold Delhaize, Charles was a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager at Walmart. He also has worked in the electric utility industry at Reliant Energy and American Electric Power. Outside of work, Charles in an avid sports fan – with a particular fondness for The Ohio State Buckeyes. One of his bucket list items is to develop an effective model for fantasy football.
