Endee C. Tate is Senior Vice President at Bank of America, based in Charlotte, NC. As Program Manager within Marketing Research & Insights, Endee is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that focus on the company’s Customer Centric strategy. As Marketing Research & Insights Program Manager, Endee is accountable for improving the customer experience to drive satisfaction & deepen relationships, growing the business and improving operational efficiencies.
Prior roles include: Employee Engagement Marketing Research & Insights; Learning & Development Consultant Program Manager; ATM & Fraud Contact Center Manager; and Employee Engagement Qualitative Moderator. Endee embraces opportunities to inspire & influence change with her role on the Diversity & Inclusion Business Council and within her volunteer role with Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development (LEAD) for Women. Endee is certified in Qualitative Research with Burke Institute along with additional certifications in Ideation Facilitation & Moderating Skills.
With a degree in Psychology, Endee is passionate about transforming communities through her volunteer work with Sistercare, Columbia, S.C. chapter. Primary responsibility is to initiate awareness through information and education on domestic violence. Endee is an active board member with the Coleman, Gordon, & M.C. Moore Scholarship Board that focuses on the financial and academic support of college students.
