Ilana Ron Levey, Gallup Director of Public Sector Consulting
Ilana Ron Levey is Director of Public Sector Consulting at Gallup. She oversees the implementation of Gallup’s public sector client engagements and focuses on expanding Gallup’s strategic partnerships with governments, multilateral organizations, philanthropic foundations and civil society. Ilana is an accomplished social science researcher and consultant and has deep expertise in qualitative methods, program evaluation, international development and public health. Prior to joining Gallup, Ilana served as the co-director of the qualitative methods center for Abt Associates. While at Abt, she led a team of researchers working on government-funded projects for many different agencies, including the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. Department of Education, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to that, Ilana led public sector and enterprise research studies for several institutions, including Deutsche Bank South Africa and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Ilana received a bachelor’s degree in political science and Middle East studies from McGill University and a master’s degree in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
