Jessica Drizin, Upwork Sr. UX Researcher
Jessica is a Senior User Researcher with Upwork who is dedicated to designing and executing empathy-driven research, and building best practices for remote cross-team collaboration. As an anthropology graduate from the University of Sheffield, UK, Jessica started her career with a market research agency in the world of pharmaceuticals uncovering unmet needs with patients and HCPs. Several years later she transitioned into UX research, solving complex online marketplace problems in the staffing industry. Now Jessica loves being a researcher at Upwork because she gets to represent the voice of the freelancer and help shape solutions for a more remote-friendly workforce.
