Sr. UX Researcher
I’m a passionate and outdoorsy UX and market researcher who thrives on solving complex challenges- whether it’s making my way up a mountain or uncovering user-centered opportunities. I’m also constantly looking for innovative ways to conduct research, engage my team, analyze data, and share compelling insights that drive action and strategy. Although I ultimately believe the research methodology should tailor the business objective, some of my favorites include video diaries, online communities, data distilling, contextual inquiry, heuristics, “jobs to be done,” surveys, and good old fashioned conversations with users. I’m also a huge advocate of using workshopping sessions to analyze and share research as a way to help internal stakeholders understand how to use research findings to elevate their own role.
