Even after having school credentials of commerce and business, I ventured into qualitative market research because I was intrigued what can qualitative research as a science offer. After spending around 3 and a half years between India and Indonesia and working on a plethora of categories, I joined L’Oreal in the consumer science team in their Research and Innovation setup. With 2 years in that role, I moved ahead as the Performance Manager for India and South East Asia in the skin care category. I moved to US in Augus 2018 to take up the role of Performance Manager for Make Up Category. Whilst at L’Oreal, product evaluation has been an integral part of my role and hence, applications of various qualitative methodologies has been very important in my role.
