Driven by her curiosity and perpetual need to understand “why”, she began a career in the research field so she could put those talents to work. Michelle takes extreme pride in educating and inspiring teams to understand consumers and their world in order to develop innovation that matters. For the last 6.5 years, Michelle has led US Consumer & Market Insights for Beiersdorf, where she has had the privilege of helping create a consumer-centric, learning culture. Michelle has a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Anthropology. She is a trained moderator (RIVA) and Creative Problem Solving facilitator (CPSI).
