Siri Lynn, PlayFULL Insights

Siri is a master moderator and creative facilitator who loves finding out what makes people tick. She founded Idea Exchange, Inc in 1994 because she enjoys the challenge of helping clients make insightful plans and decisions, building on the foundation of understanding their target.

Siri collaborated with Karen Lynch to develop PlayFULL Insights™, an innovative qualitative methodology that uses LEGO® bricks as a metaphorical tool that enables respondents and client teams to think quickly and deeply and share their perceptions and feelings. She and Karen are proud recipients of prestigious Disruptive Innovator Award at the TMRE in 2016 for their PlayFULL Insights™ methodology.

Additionally, Siri has:

• Co-authored Moderating to the Max, a guide to qualitative research tools
• Partnered with colleagues to create To The Max, which offers creative facilitation, qualitative moderation, and training
• Presented and trained at a myriad of conferences around the world such as QRCA, CPSI, CREA
• Developed and taught the Qualitative Toolbox class at RIVA Moderator Training School
