Stacey Symonds, Senior Director, Global Consumer Insights at Orbitz Worldwide/Expedia

At Orbitz, Stacey partners with internal business leaders to integrate the voice of the customer into day-to-day decision-making as well as strategic planning. She has over 20 years of experience in client-side customer, brand and market insights in automotive (GM), financial services (Capital One), retail (Lands’ End) and now travel. While at Orbitz, Stacey and her team won the 2013 Ogilvy Award for Advertising Research/Retail & Etail category, the inaugural Loyalty 360 Best Customer Insights in Customer Experience Award in 2014 and the 2015 Research Innovation award from Clarabridge. She serves on the Advisory Boards of the A. C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and Google Consumer Surveys.
