Tim Urmston, Seek Company Tim Urmston is the Founder and CEO of Seek Company. Tim created Seek out of a desire to help build ideas through deep human understanding that connects brands to the people they serve. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife Joanne and four children. He also coaches high school football and loves to scuba dive. Tim also believes that everyone has a story and that story is worth telling.
