Bianca began her career ten years ago in London in media strategy consulting, before moving into the fields of kids and automotive research, and building a specialism in the qualitative space. From Alabama to Vladivostok, she’s worked with brands across the world to help them truly understand who their customer is, and how best to speak to target audiences. She holds a particular interest in technical methodologies such as passive tracking, and in developing new and interesting ways to unpick human behaviours. Bianca joined Kadence’s UK office in 2017 as Qualitative Insight Director. She is already a seasoned presenter at conferences, having presented at the Insight Show (2015, 2017), and the Market Research Society’s Automotive conference (2015, 2016), and Kids conference (2017). Bianca graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA (Hons) in Theology.
