Hipolito Sanchez III, TH Foods R&D Manager
Hipolito joined TH Foods as leader of the research and development team with responsibility for the product enhancement, crafting new products, and bringing them to life. He guides engineers, scientists, and cross-functional team members in launching highly creative and successful new Crunchmaster® crackers and snacks. Hipolito gained product and process development experience launching successful major branded products, creation of key ingredients, and leading teams at both major CPGs and smaller nibble companies. Hipolito’s technical journey began with a B.S. degree in Biological engineering from the University of Missouri.
