Julia Czaja, Grubhub User Researcher
Julia Czaja leads the UX research for Grubhub’s Re-engagement team, where she works to deepen the company’s relationship with their users. Prior to working at Grubhub, she worked both in-lab and in-field to create captivating entertainment experiences as a UX Researcher for Comcast.
Ms. Czaja earned her MA in Broadcasting, Telecommunication, and Mass Media from Temple University in Philadelphia. There, she focused her research on the theory and culture of telepresence. She received her BA in Anthropology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she first discovered her passion for digital anthropology.
