After discovering the role and importance of consumer voice during a 3-year experience in a social listening agency, I joined Samsung Electronics France last year as a Consumer & Market Insight Analyst. In this fast-paced, highly-demanding and super competitive environment, I provide our multiple stakeholders with insights to increase performance and improve decision-making. What I enjoy most in my job is to dig for answers and share them in smart ways for all professionals to use them to the fullest. I’m very curious and like to understand how things work, from purchase triggers to sugar/gluten/fat and lactose free chocolate cakes (yes they are a real thing).
