In a short amount of time, Sean has quickly proven himself to be a valuable asset to SKIM. His passion for understanding human behavior and desire to apply psychological principles to market research have made him an integral part of many innovations, to include implicit research techniques and understanding the role of emotions in decision making. Prior to joining SKIM, Sean worked in Psychological Operations for the United States Army for over four years. During his deployment to Afghanistan, he conducted informal, ad hoc qualitativeresearch on the attitudes, beliefs and motivations of locals, in order to create advertising, messaging and actions that promoted stability in the region. He completed his bachelor’s degree with a dual-major in Economics and Finance from Arizona State University and is in the process of completing his Master’s degree in Social and Consumer Psychology from New York University.
